Preconditions

1. Go to https://oos.dmytrominochkin.cloud/
2. Servise provider has at least one workshop with workshop Administrator
3. SP from precondition deleted workshop from Precondition

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in as Workshop Administrator from Precondition
2. Go to 'Мої гуртки' tab

Actual result
Deleted workshop is displayed in workshops list. NO users who applied the workshop can see notifications about the change

Expected result
When Service provider deletes workshop then the workshop is deleted and all users that liked the workshop and applied see notifications about the change
