[Password recovery] 'Cross eye' icon is not displayed in the 'Password' text field

Preconditions

1. User is registered but can't log in
2. User restoring password
3. User receives email with 'Підтвердження зміни паролю' subject

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on 'Перейти' button in the received email
2. Enter new password in 'Пароль' text field

Actual result
'Cross eye' icon is not displayed

Expected result
'Cross eye' icon is displayed in 'Пароль' and 'Повторити пароль' text fields
