Workshop short title

Update to user story #55.
As a service provider/service provider's deputy/workshop admin I want to edit workshop's short title so that to be able to use shortened title for easier search for users.

Description

Acceptance Criteria

GIVEN user (service provider/service providers deputy/workshop) wants to edit workshops short title
AND opens workshops edit page
WHEN scrolls to input "Скорочена назва"
THEN editable input field shall be displayed

Business rules

• Field is optional, maxLength=60
• Field should be searchable using the text input field full text search on the search page.
