Downloading stucked with error DownloadFailed

Hello! On the fresh install i tryed to download images of ubuntu 20.04 and 18.04. Downloading started and after some time stop with error "DownloadFailed". I can't delete this job and cancel it. I try to reboot VM with Isard (I use vsphere with nested virtualization VM), but it didn't help me.
In logs i find this, maybe it can help
After 3 days that this error is present, i try to download another OS and it is downloaded and work.
Resolved, force stop Desktop with Global Action and delete it
