[BUG] Highlighting off when term is repeated

Current Behavior

It functionally works correctly, but in the preview the first occurence of the word rather than the actually substituted one is highlighted.

Expected Behavior

the actual parameter is highlighted

tldr emacsclient

Environment

- OS: Arch
- Terminal emulator: Kitty
