How to get HA to use ui-lovelace

I saw the stream you did with Drzzs but I have used the RAW config editor from with in HA now it doesn't seem to read my config/ui-lovelace.yaml file any ideas?
OK I think I got the lovelace mode yaml working
question what is the lovelace_gen: directive do in config .yaml I tried it but got an error when I ran configuration checker
