Move ngxpopper documentation to branch until it's reinstated

Hi, I'm still on Angular 8 or 9 depending on the project, and I'd still like to use the ngxpopper variant of the library. Would it be possible to move the ngxpopper module to a branch or something rather than removing from master until it catches up?
