Input selection currently not working on Git Bash

As per described by a student, the ironlauncher CLI causes Git Bash to become unresponsive upon prompting for user input (toggle between auth or no auth for example)
The current workaround is either using WSL or Powershell, as the issue does not appear to be present in these environments.
We can add this to a section in the README.md as known issues
