Move Riptide bootstrapping in example to seperate file

To demonstrate best practices it makes sense to move bootstrapping of riptide into a /data/riptide.ts folder. Export local, sync, connection, remote and create a comment importing it directing the reader to look into that file to see how Riptide is bootstrapped
