We've started publishing our own snap to the snapcraft store on the edge channel

A few blockers before this is usable though:
- Wait for upstream fix for config writing permissions failure [HARD]

Latest edge build on snapcraft should have this fix as of 461be19 https://snapcraft.io/irccloud
Needs testing.
Confirmed fixed.
We're now publishing stable snap releases. The protocol handler issue is still not merged upstream, but isn't a blocker. Closing this.
