Streamline provider info for results

Consider a different endpoint to get the provider-info used to populate results from the provider-info used to display to users. The results-provider-info would be very streamlined to only provide exactly what is needed in results.
This is handled by having a high-performance provider information cache located at any place where ipni results are generated.
