Add multiple providers on same advertisement capability

Is this a request for a change to the spec for ingestion on storetheindex (so that the server side recognizes this new advertisement type)
or a request to change the interface of this library so that when you pass in multiple providers the library interface internally generates / manages advertisement chains for each of them?
I don't want to have to maintain multiple chains of advertisements if all that changes is the providerID. I want the server to be able to handle multiple provider IDs on a single advertisement.
