Define and deliver support for double hashing in Kubo DHT nodes to enhance IPFS privacy.
Shared effort with Probelab. Steward work needs to be better understood and estimated to have higher confidence on the date.
Why: Double Hashing ensures that user requests for content on the network cannot be tracked, ensuring user privacy.
