请问订阅频道是使用如下命令吗？
/sub t.me/频道名
/sub 频道ID RSS地址
频道ID 需要为 @xxx 这种的，或者是数字（获取方法参见 https://github.com/GabrielRF/telegram-id#web-channel-id ）
