IOTA funds blocked after pending transactions

every time i try to send some iota, appears this message:
ERROR: PRIVATE KEY REUSE DETECTED!
You are attempting to sign a transaction with input that have an already been used. IOTA uses Winternitz one-time signature (W-OTS) scheme, due to it's one-time nature, the security of funds in an address decreases rapidly if you re-sign new transactions using the same key. Please wait for previous transaction to confirm, e.g. by reattaching, before sending another transaction.
my wallet is totally blocked by this error. I tried so much times to reattach and retransmitt old transactions, but its keep pending, blocking everything.

My sending funds are unconfirmed and failed on binance side.
Lite Wallet is totally blocked and give me this error. ERROR: PRIVATE KEY REUSE DETECTED!

same problem. How do I change what I do to not reuse Private Key?
