You claimed in this issue that PowerRun.exe comes from this website. The binary from your repo and this source differ, with yours being classified as malware by over four times as many antivirus engines.

yes. i can explain.
the powerrun.exe is modified by removing icons and one manifest integrated to get less space (~200kb).
in rest is intact.
