CPU limit needs to be added in the sfu raw kubernetes yaml

What did you do?

Used the raw yaml deployments to setup ion on kubernetes

What did you expect?

All ion containers to start

What happened?

They all did, except for the sfu pod. I had to add the cpu limit here
