Not working when re opening the app in OFFLINE mode

The storage is not working when closing and then opening the app again in offline mode but working fine when connecting to internet.
for example I have a userdetails save in storage then after I close and open the app, it vanished.
btw Im using ionic angular
Have you found a solution to your problem? I'm having the same issue with my application ? @roelfilweb
