Declined Quotes : new status

I need a new status for the quotes.
Actually, I have 2 statuts for the quotes with Send or Expired (with no answer for the moment)
In fact, it's the same for me.
But what about the quotes where the Customer says me : Never.
Is there a status Closed or Declined ?
