Cant find module in nuxt.config

Hey there.
Installed according docs but i gеting this error:
Nuxt CLI v3.0.0-rc.1
ERROR Cannot start nuxt: Cannot find module '@intlify/nuxt3'
I guess the problem in npm, the wrong repo is configured. Coz dir /node_modules/@intlify include only functions
Sorry, my bad. I have using Docker and not rebuild image, sry. Need to rest :)
