Japanese: additional units commonly used in medical notes to be identified as Measurement

As of iknowpy v1.1.1, Measurement attribute is now available in Japanese.
Dr. Noguchi from Gunma University Hospital (@Rei_hub) has been kindly trying it out against his doctor's notes data and has found a few additional units and number expressions that would improve Measurement identifications in such medical text. Sample data that can be used for improvement of Measurement detection is attached.
I've encountered a few additional missing units (US customary) while working on another issue:
インチ
フィート
ヤード
マイル
Although it's more common to use metric system, for certain items, such units are more commonly used, so they should be included. It's unclear if their abbreviated versions make sense. I'll investigate once I start working on this issue.
@Rei-hub - thanks to the data samples you provided, this issue is now closed. Please try it out when you have a chance. Feedback is welcome for further discussions & improvements.
