Work pulled in twice in collection carousel

Problem
“Understanding Politics” just showed "Wealth of Nations” twice. Idk if that’s a problem with one Work being pulled twice into the carousel, if the problem is that it exists twice in the collection (and if so, how that happened), or something else.
(Posted about it in Slack, @cdrini asked me to make an issue, so here it is!)

- Look through carousel
- Expected behavior: A collection of different, unique books (Works)
- Actual behavior: A collection of different books, but with OL76827W being in there twice
