downloads specified SBOM from the repository and prints to the screen

Usage:
sbomex fetch [flags]

Flags:
[Remove this one for now] --filter string Filter SBOM based on conditions provided
-h, --help help for fetch
--id int Fetch SBOM based on the input Id
