Websocket notification for Grant Withdraw

We have in place the one click buy in boutique.
First of all we need to check if it is possible to differentiate when user is buying with one click buy, and boutique automatically is taking money from user account, so we don't send notifications when user is doing other type of outgoing payments.

• BE - See if we can send notifications for one click buy withdrawal of money, and no other outgoing payments. (Ex. when user send money)
• BE - Set up a notification of one click buy boutique withdraw money - GRANT_WITHDRAW
• FE - Display new notification accordingly
