Coingecko non-standard api names

I think we need to switch to the <symbol>=<path> syntax for coingecko introduced in #398. There are currencies on coingecko that are not accessible through their symbol name. For example, LKSM has id liquid-ksm. We currently have the coingecko-id stored on-chain so we could use that as well, but since we need to maintain the config for the other feeds anyway, I would suggest to deprecate that.
