Add CI test case to cover more tpm commands

Memory usage status:
INFO - max stack usage: 0x2298
INFO - max heap usage: 0x381ce
Test with case from CI as follows:
test_tpm_cmd_with_vtpm()
The tpm2 commands coverage is 91/99 (~91.9%).
