Build only for Intel Architecture

Current tdx-tools by default builds for all the hardware architectures, which is time consuming and error prone if for some reason build fails for other architectures, it would become unnecessary debugging efforts.

This can be avoided, if tdx-tools can specify to build only for Intel architecture for all the packages it builds.
