create-ubuntu-image.sh output error

When I run create-ubuntu-image.sh for creating guest image, i have this error output message:

.....
grub-install: warning: You will have to complete the GRUB setup manually.
Installation finished. No error reported.
/bin/python3: No module named pip
virt-customize: error: python3 -m pip install pytdxmeasure: command exited
with an error

If reporting bugs, run virt-customize with debugging enabled and include
the complete output:

virt-customize -v -x [...]
SUCCESS: Install the TDX measurement tool...
SUCCESS: Cleanup!
SUCCESS: Please get the output TDX guest image file at /tmp/mytest.qcow2
