Cluster nearby facilities

Currently, there's no clusterization for nearby facilities (providers or punctual sources)
It would be nice to have clusters:

Some basic rules

  • Clusters should group providers and sources separately
  • Cluster should show the number of members of the group up to 9, once this number is exceeded just add 9+

For providers, the shortage situation will bubble over excess or covered.
