Is it possible to add the function( or drop the example here) for convertion from Cardano TxOut CtxUTxO era datatype to Plutus Map TxOutRef ChainIndexTxOut

I tried to use plutus-ledger/src/Ledger/Tx/CardanoAPI.hs but some of the methods are private or can't accept type TxOut CtxUTxO era.

Can you please provide a hint ?
