Would like someone to read stackexchange report and decide if this is a bug or not. If it is not a bug then we should close it out and report that in the stackexchange page

If I understand correctly, this is not a bug, this is the design of the vesting contract.
Put it another way, when running the vesting contract locally, it all looks okay to me.
The bug is in the Playground. it should say "Spent in Slot 20, Tx 0"
I've not upgraded the vesting contract code to confirm whether this still occurs with a recent Playground version.
