Provide a docker image for marlowe-cli

I am not sure if this is technically possible, but I would prefer to use a docker image for the marlowe-cli.
Something like the cardano-node docker image would be great.

I had several issues setting up nix on WSL and I thinks docker would be the easier path for a lot of new developers already familiar with docker.

Would it be technically possible?
