Summary

Bump a wasmtime version which will include fixed unwinding bug.

Description

A bug with unwinding is already solved with this PR bytecodealliance/wasmtime#8028. So after wartime will make a new realest do the following:

Update wasmtime version to the release which will include this patch.
Rollback alpine version of the Rust builder to 3.19 https://github.com/input-output-hk/catalyst-ci/blob/de4cb61aaad6eb26f494b441ace9b2b3bfc3d99a/earthly/rust/Earthfile#L30
