PCR data cleaning

A simple script to consolidate the whole PCR(96wells) output data from .txt format into a cleaner and readable .csv file for future data analysis.

Tutorial

1. Launch consolidate_PCR_data_into_csv.R with RStudio.

2. Download all the .txt files and placed them in a folder. (The .txt files are in the rhamp tape correct extraction dna folder.)

3. Set your working directory as the folder that contains the .txt files.

4. Run the R script and it will create a .csv file

5. Check your answer with the answer.csv in the rhamp tape correct extraction dna folder to see if your output .csv file matches it.
