I met the error when ./zzopencv.sh
CMake Error: The following variables are used in this project, but they are set to NOTFOUND.
Please set them or make sure they are set and tested correctly in the CMake files:
CUDA_cublas_LIBRARY (ADVANCED)
linked by target "opencv_cudev" in directory ...
Would you please tell me how to solve it?

I post the full build summary. And I think the cuDNN has been detected.
You may manually check if the installation of CUDA/CUDNN/driver is complete. Specifically, try to locate libcublas.so
edit:

There is no cublas under /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/.
There is no cublas under mycuda_path/cuda-10.2/lib64/
You may manually check if the installation of CUDA/CUDNN/driver is complete. Specifically, try to locatelibcublas.soedit:
