Skip download / copy assets in file/// protocol

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In some cases , when the files are already on the machine or on a mounted server, it feels unnecessary to copy them.
That would save storage as well as processing time before render.

When using thefile:///protocol , add an option to skipFileCopy, (which actually could probably be the default),

Using a custom Script asset to replace the files instead of an Asset in the Job JSON.
Additional context
When batching a lot of projects or assets, the current behavior creates many duplicates, and slows down the process.
A project might have a ton of assets that are not replaced with NexRender, meaning those files are local. and those are not copied over. The same behavior could be used for any file using
Nevermind.
I just saw the useOriginal option.
