I can't see the translation, os windows, is that only me have this problem

Hi, dear friends, could you please take a look at this, I am confused for some days, this "msgfmt command not found" will influence translations or not? this github action windows32 and 64 installation packages, I try many times to install, can't see the translation , is that only me have this problem

I think this "msgfmt" is the key to problem, but I don't know what to do, I have less knowledge about this

I'm really confused, the git bash on github action there is no the file "msgfmt.exe", but my machine git bash it has this file, no wonder I don't have this message output when I makefile local
ls "C:\Program Files\Git\usr\bin"

I also confused is that I rememer the installtion package can see translation is all correct last year, is that because this git bash version is change?

It seems that latest version of git for windows doesn't ship with msgfmt.exe, which is part of gnu gettext. The previous release versions includes msgfmt.exe. The git-for-windows/setup-git-for-windows-sdk@v1 is the proper fix for this issue for github's windows build runner. For windows manual install or local build downgrade git for windows to version 2.43.0. https://github.com/git-for-windows/git/releases/tag/v2.43.0.windows.1
