Kapacitor 1.7 isn't available through Homebrew

Just noticed that when I try to upgrade Kapacitor using Homebrew, it still pulls 1.6.6. It doesn't look like 1.7.0 has been pushed up to Homebrew yet.
also 1.7.0 did not get marked as latest release either. :)
v1.7.1 is now marked as latest, yet https://formulae.brew.sh/formula/kapacitor currently offers only version 1.6.6
