Influx DB 1.8 program will not open

I'm trying to install influx DB 1.8 on a server running unraid. it appears everything install correctly there are no errors in the log file. when I go to watch the program it does not open and there's just a spinning wheel on the login page.
Looking for a little help frustrated
newbie at this
