Gaussian Activation Model of Interval Timing - A matlab implementation.
The GAMIT model it generates a set of retrospective or prospective time estimates for a given vector of target intervals with or without cognitive load. Can optionally pass set of model parameters and lifetime reference curves.
Example function calls are documented in the attached word document.
