How to customize theme in Nuxt 3?

Hi,

Can we know how to customize the theme with Nuxt 3? The documentation only explains it with Vue 3.

I tried changing the theme in tailwind.config.js, using a plugin but nothing works. I probably must lack knowledge about Nuxt to not be able to do this easily.

Any help would be welcome.
