Rich web UI presence or AWS S3 UI

We can develop a simple web application that allows for:
User (IU network ID) access
** Individual file upload / download
** Admin role
Reflecting job queue that is in AWS with some sort of "pending" state
This would not require a web page, this is can be done via AWS S3 UI:
