FEAT: Create EditNovelty form

One form to add/edit Novelty records

As a user, I want to be able to manage collections of Newts, so I can plan my studies.

• An existing Newt can be added to or removed from a Novelty using this form.
• A Newt can be created and added to the Novelty from this form.
• A Novelty can be deleted from this form; by default, this does not delete any Newts that belonged to it, but maybe there's an option to do so?
