Problem with using NGrock with Metasploit

I am trying to hack into a windows(x64) machine using my RPI which runs Rasbian Os, with Metasploit installed. It works fine on local network. But when I try it overLAN it fails, when I try to use NGrock for tcp forwarding it works fine:
NGrock in terminal snap
But when I use the ngrock url/ip (using ping), to generate the payload, the target machine does not connect to my machine:
attacker terminal snap
Please Help!
