Remove receivers from Boekhoute that are in Westerschelde

Most receivers for Westerschelde are also added as receivers for Boekhoute. They appear as duplicates. Karen told me they belong to Westerschelde and can be removed for Boekhoute. I'll do this.

@karenrobberechts and I discovered that we probably shouldn't have done this. I'll try to restore from a backup.
Solved, table has been restored from an October 14 backup, which I updated to the new column structure.
