`coordinateUncertaintyInMeters` doesn't match `verbatimCoordinateSystem`

I am working with occurrence data downloaded from GBIF for some plants.
Data collected using IFBL 1km should have coordinateUncertaintyInMeters equal to 707, while data collected using IFBL 4km should have verbatimCoordinateSystem equal to 2828.
The data I downloaded from FLORBANK-1 have the following coordinateUncertaintyInMeters and verbatimCoordinateSystem:

- Heracleum mantegazzianum
- Impatiens glandulifera
- Reynoutria japonica
- Rhododendron ponticum
- Rosa rugosa
- Senecio inaequidens
- Solidago gigantea
Could you please have a look on it and let me know about the discrepancies?
