Log information about failed sentouts

After the changes of "Fault tolerant queue" (#178), the queue didn't stop anymore. That's good and a first step.
As an editor, I want to know what happend? Why has the sendout to some recipients failed?
Luxletter has already a log-system. So, it should be little work to log the cause of failures.
