Check (and create) windows functionality with readme

All of this should work in windows as well, let's make sure it does....
Checked, currently worksjust fine on windows. just have to install PyGTK as on
http://www.pygtk.org/downloads.html
Remember to have GTK+, PyCairo, PyGObject and PyGTK as well!
