Cannot boot on surface

Hello i cannot figure how to boot on surface pro 4 and 5
built with method 1 from eve + arnold special build 79 and i cannot boot.
I can boot to a pop os usb
i tried with secure boot and without, with and without tpm and it tries to boot with no error message but reboot on normal os after.
Anyone figured that one ?
I tried sebanc and got the same issue, he even had a special setting for surfaces for a legacy efi but that didnt fix the problem.
I have some stupid issue where I can only boot usb from dock
