How to finetune openchat for downstream apps?

Users of openchat are happy with its performance. One future direction is to increase its current size of 7B, and the other direction is to give examples of how to finetune it for downstream apps. Please give simple examples that can run. Usually, it is more beneficial to give simple examples that can run, than giving general outlines.
